Ouarzazate

Ouarzazate, known as the Gateway to the Sahara, is a city of dramatic landscapes and cinematic history. The region has served as a filming location for major productions including Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and Game of Thrones, earning it the nickname "Ouallywood." The Atlas Film Studios and CLA Studios offer behind-the-scenes tours of elaborate film sets. The Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage fortified village, is one of Morocco's most iconic sites, featuring earthen clay architecture preserved since the 11th century.
